Plans & subscription
Nybero is a flat monthly subscription, billed through Stripe. Your plan determines how many WhatsApp channels (numbers) you can connect — everything else, including the AI agent, is included in every plan.
Two costs are deliberately kept separate:
- Your Nybero subscription — a fixed monthly price, paid to Nybero.
- WhatsApp message costs — set and billed directly by Meta to your WhatsApp Business account. Nybero adds no markup and only displays these costs for you. See WhatsApp costs.
You manage everything on the Billing page in the app (the page is titled Billing & usage).
The plans
| Plan | Price | WhatsApp channels |
|---|---|---|
| Nybero Basic | $49/mo | Up to 3 |
| Nybero Pro | $129/mo | Up to 7 |
| Nybero Agency | $299/mo | Up to 20 |
Every plan includes the full platform:
- Messaging, Inbox, automations and campaigns
- Templates and contacts
- AI agent included — no add-on, no separate plan
A channel is one connected WhatsApp number with its own contacts, templates, and automations. Most businesses start with one; pick a bigger plan when you need more numbers (for example, one per brand or per client).
The 7-day free trial
Every plan starts with 7 days free. A credit card is required, and the subscription converts automatically when the trial ends — cancel anytime before that and you pay nothing.
- In the app, open Billing in the sidebar.
- Under Choose a plan, pick a plan and click Start 7-day free trial.
- Complete checkout on the secure Stripe page — you’ll be sent right back to Nybero.
- Your Billing page now shows Your subscription with the exact conversion date: “Trial — converts on …”.
Managing your subscription
The Your subscription card on the Billing page shows your current plan, the renewal date, and how many channels used you have (for example 2 / 3).
Switching plans
You can upgrade or downgrade directly in the app — no support ticket needed:
- Open Billing.
- Under Switch plan, click Switch on the plan you want.
Changes are prorated: you only pay the difference for the rest of the billing period. A downgrade is only possible if your connected channels fit within the lower plan — disconnect channels first if you’re over the new limit.
Payment details, invoices, and cancelling
The link Payment details / invoices / cancel on the Billing page opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can:
- Update your credit card
- Download all past invoices
- Cancel the subscription
You also receive an email receipt with the Stripe invoice PDF attached after every payment.
If a payment fails or the subscription ends
- Payment failed (shown on the Billing page): update your card via the billing portal — Stripe retries automatically.
- Canceled / no active subscription: sending and other paid features are paused, and the app asks you to “Choose a plan to continue.” Your data stays in your account — contacts, templates, message history, and automations are all still there when you reactivate.
AI agent usage (prepaid balance)
The AI agent itself is included in every plan; only its usage (the AI model’s work per reply) is billed separately, from a small prepaid balance. You’ll find this at the bottom of the Billing page under AI agent (prepaid balance):
- Current balance — what’s left on your balance.
- Top up — add funds manually (minimum $20 per top-up).
- Auto-recharge — when the balance falls below your threshold, Nybero charges your saved card and tops up automatically, so the agent never stops replying mid-conversation.
Worked example: from solo coach to small agency
Lena is a business coach with one WhatsApp number.
- She starts on Nybero Basic ($49/mo) with the 7-day free trial — one channel is plenty, and the AI agent is already included, so it answers her webinar leads from day one.
- Six months later she manages WhatsApp marketing for three clients too. That’s four numbers — one more than Basic allows.
- On the Billing page she clicks Switch on Pro ($129/mo). The upgrade is prorated, takes effect immediately, and she connects the new client numbers right away.
- Her WhatsApp message costs are unchanged by the plan switch — those are billed by Meta per message, per number, exactly as before.
